Things have got quite messy nowadays. I’ve had tried to search in the Internet about Perak crisis and there are a lot of interesting facts and opinions about it.
Here is “the other side” of the story about how Sultan Perak has handled the instability of Perak state Government.
The reason I post this was not intentionally to fully support the argument, but more to provide extra information for the readers to compare and analyze thoroughly what role Sultan has played all this while since PRU12.

As everyone has read and heard, PAS is now investigating all the candidates in their AGM regarding Corruption.
The analogy of the case is simple:
When a particular party or organization gaining power or having power, there will be a group of people that will used an easy but yet dirty to win the vote for their success.
We had seen a lot of examples how Corruption has almost paralyzed an organization or a government. I hope people will choose wisely and be able to differentiate between the bad and the good.
By Election?? I bet people felt disappointed with this phrase.
When it comes to voting and choosing our own representative, it is everyone in that areas responsibility on whom they are voting for. In this case, if they decided to vote for someone who is being detained in ISA. It is entirely their choice.
On the other hand, when anyone volunteers themselves to be “Hamba Rakyat”, they should know that they could carry their responsibility well and fulfill all the promises they had made to the people if they win the seat.
Contesting with knowing that we cannot contribute in towards the people and also choosing someone who we know will not be available to solve any problems that will occurs are not a wise decisions.
In the end, there is a thought at the back of our mind asking… Are we really voting for our future???
Nazri Aziz has made an arrogant statement about Tun M view about his qualification to become a minister.
I can still remember when Pak Lah was in power, Nazri back up Pak Lah very hard and attack Tun M in media almost every week. Whenever Tun M criticize Pak Lah, Nazri will be there to defend.
During the transition, Nazri quickly switch side to Najib and Muhyiddin when he sees that they got the better chance to win during the Perhimpunan Agong UMNO.
Who is Nazri to said that Tun M was giving a irrelevant view? Does Nazri contribute well to the development in Malaysia to able him to ignore Tun M? This is what we called “Sombong Bodoh”
DAP Melaka tried to do a motion of no confidence towards Melaka Chief Minister, Ali Rustam. The reason that DAP Melaka brought up was that Ali Rustam involved in money politic during the Perhimpunan Agong UMNO and Melaka needs a new Chief Minister.
Let us go back about a few weeks ago and try to analyse what has happen in the Perhimpunan. There have been great and interesting things that occur during Perhimpunan Agong UMNO 2008 last March.
One of it was Ali Rustam, The Chief Minister of Melaka has been barred from contesting for 2nd highest post in the UMNO party due to his agent’s misconduct.
What has been the cause for this drastic decisions made by UMNO Disciplinary Board Committees? As we could read and heard in any media, UMNO is doing their transformation and has tried very hard to get rid of any leaders that are using money as their tools to win the internal election in UMNO.
There were other several candidates that contesting in various posts also has been charged on the same issue but not barred from contesting. One of them was Khairy Jamaluddin (KJ).
An interesting clear phenomenon that we could see was that Khairy Jamaluddin (KJ) has been “boo” and receive a very unpleasant respond from the UMNO members in the Perhimpunan even though he wins the Youth Chief post.
While Ali Rustam on the other hands has been seen and treated as a victim of the situation. He got the attention from almost all UMNO top leaders and even receives a huge moral support from the UMNO leaders, delegates and members because of his decision to stay loyal and continue serving UMNO.
These 2 contra events seems to make Malaysia, especially me, to wonder about what is the real motive behind the decision of stopping Ali Rustam from contesting for UMNO 2nd top post? Is it really due to his agents giving bribe as stated by UMNO Disciplinary Board and therefore he has to be responsible for his agent’s misconduct?
This all weird drastic decisions making was made about a week before the Perhimpunan where the rumors is very strong that Ali Rustam was the favorite candidate to win the post with 55% chances according to survey made before Perhimpunan.
The 6th, Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has announced his concept “OneMalaysia” to be implemented into Malaysian’s government policies.
There are a lot of confusion among the pro-government and pro-opposition groups about this new concept brought in by DS Najib with the concept used by the opposition “Malaysian-Malaysia”.
Surely, there are a significant different in these two concept. Hopefully, DS Najib will show us what the government plans to do in order to win back Malaysians people heart that seems to be more on opposition side since PRU12.
Motto “People First, Performance Now” should be implemented aggressively in this 3-4 years for our fellow Malaysian to evaluate and decided whether the current government deserved to lead the country for another 5 years or otherwise.
A lot of sacrifices has been made by the leaders from all races and parties in the government alliances in order to make sure the transition and reformation going according to its plans.
All Malaysia’s people and I are looking forward to see that all the promises made during the new Cabinet line-up and during Perhimpunan Agong UMNO are fulfill in giving us a new hope for a wind-of change in Malaysia.
Everyday we can read in the newspapers and blogs about Malaysia politics. Since PRU12, we can see a lot of By-Elections happening in Malaysia. What a waste of tax payers money. Some of the By-Elections shouldn’t occur at the first place.
List of By-Elections in Malaysia since PRU12:
1. Permatang Pauh – Parlimentary Seat
2. Kuala Terengganu – Parlimentary Seat
3. Bukit Gantang – Parlimentary Seat
4. Bukit Selambau – ADUN Seat
5. Batang Ai – ADUN Seat
Recently, 1 more By-Election coming up in 60 days time at Penanti, Penang. This is another example of By-Election that could have been avoided in order to give Malaysia more time to concentrate on developing and helping Malaysian’s people who needs the attention in dealing with the current economic crisis .
In 1 year we could see about 6 By-Elections. I wonder could it be 30 By-Elections in 5 years??? and if YES.. what BENEFIT do we get???
Contributing back and fulfill the promises made during the campaign should be the top priority for all “Wakil Rakyat” isn’t it??
1. We will be witnessing 2 by-elections: 1 in Perak and 1 in Kedah.
2. Condolence to the family of MP Bukit Gantang, Roslan Shaharum.
3. As for Kedah.. ADUN Bukit Serembau, Arumugam who has gone missing and quit PKR and Kedah exco. It is unclear what the main cause of this ADUN hiding with his family. MB Kedah said it was because of the BN who always pushing him to agree to lompat to BN and also the 5 millions deal.
4. I can still remember there was a report about ADUN who went to official event bringing his mistress and not his wife! Could this be Arumugam? Did he got tension with BN or his wife???
5. 4 by-elections in 1 year. That’s a record. Hopefully Perak and Kedah voters will choose wisely. Selamat Mengundi!
